These terms apply to quotes, orders and purchases from The Wellnest Haven. Prices shown are indicative in AUD including GST; final pricing is confirmed in your written quote.
Chambers are built to order. Orders are confirmed on acceptance of your quote and payment of the deposit; the balance is payable before dispatch. Title passes on payment in full; risk on delivery.
Delivery includes white-glove placement and commissioning. You agree to provide accurate site information in our pre-delivery survey. If site access materially differs on the day, additional agreed costs may apply.
Nothing in these terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
