We offer free standard shipping across Australia on every order. Orders are dispatched from Sydney.

Pre-orders: this month's run is filling fast. Reserve now and your order is expected to ship by the end of July 2026. You'll receive an email with tracking as soon as it's dispatched.
In-stock orders: dispatched within 1–2 business days, with typical delivery of 2–7 business days depending on your location.
We currently ship within Australia only.

60-night sleep trial (change of mind)

We want you to sleep on it — literally. If the cooling pad isn't right for you, you may return it within 60 nights of delivery for a refund, subject to the following:

The unit must be clean, undamaged and returned re-boxed in its original packaging, with all included accessories.
You cover the return postage.
A $200 restocking fee applies and is deducted from your refund.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the return.

To start a trial return, email contact@wellnesthaven.com with your order number and we'll send the return address and instructions.

Faulty or damaged items

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If your product is faulty, damaged in transit, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund. The restocking fee and return-postage conditions above do not apply to faulty goods — we cover the cost of return and remedy. Please contact us within a reasonable time of discovering the fault, with your order number and a description or photos of the issue.

Two-year warranty

Every unit is covered by a two-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal domestic use, in addition to your Australian Consumer Law rights. Warranty claims are handled at no cost to you; contact us to arrange a repair or replacement.
