The detail
Every figure this bed is sold on, and the condition each one was measured under. The circuit it needs and who pays for it. What the truck will and will not do, and the opening it has to get through. What wears out, and exactly what the five years cover. Open whichever one decides it for you.
Included: the bed, delivery Australia-wide by tail-lift to a ground-floor threshold, the site and access survey, and the wireless control pad.
Not included: placement, assembly and the electrical connection. It is 560 kg crated and 370 kg out of it, so getting it into the room is a job you either resource or ask us to quote. The 40 A circuit needs a licensed electrician, and that cost is yours. Get the quote before you order the bed, not after it lands.
Six sessions a day is roughly 12 kWh. A few dollars against the day’s takings. It is not a number worth planning around.
Tail-lift delivery. We walk the doorways, the corners and the floor loading with you before anything is dispatched. Ground floor is straightforward; anything above it needs planning, and that is a conversation we would rather have early.
We take a limited number of beds each month. When that month is committed the next window is the following one, and you are told which window is yours before you pay. That matters more here, because you are fitting it around a room that has to stop earning while it goes in.
It arrives crated on a tail-lift and is left at a ground-floor threshold. At 560 kg crated this is not a two-person carry, so plan the lift before the truck is booked.

The light
The red wavelengths work at the surface, where the skin results come from. The near-infrared reaches deeper, into the muscle. Every session runs all five, so one room serves both kinds of client without changing anything.

Materials
Clients lie on a single sheet of toughened acrylic. It is the same material as a shopfront window, so it carries weight and cleans with a cloth and whatever your room already uses.
The shell is ABS on a carbon steel frame. At 370 kg it is built like equipment rather than furniture. There are no lamps to replace, which is the running cost a relamped tanning bed does not quote you.

Australian memberships run $25 to $30 a session. Casual runs $55 to $80. Membership is the number to plan on, because memberships are what fill a room on a Tuesday morning.

A twenty-minute session with a ten-minute changeover is two an operating hour. Across a ten-hour day that is twenty slots.
We warrant eight to twelve hours continuous in writing, so the machine is not what limits the day. Our payback cases assume six to ten sessions, not twenty, because we would rather model what a room books than what a machine could run.

What your insurer will ask for
Electrical leakage, hipot, EMF and irradiance, on every bed, before it leaves the floor. The electrical safety and EMC certificates come from an accredited third-party laboratory rather than from the factory itself.

Wipe the acrylic between clients. There are no lamps to replace. A relamped tanning bed is a consumable-lamp business and that running cost is rarely quoted to you. These are LEDs rated to 100,000 hours, which at ten hours a day is far longer than the five-year warranty.
Coverage, and it is arithmetic. A large panel lights one side of a client at a time. This lights 1.5 to 1.8 m² above and below at once, which is what makes a twenty-minute session possible rather than a forty-minute one.
Session length is what decides how many clients a room carries in a day, so coverage is a throughput question before it is a clinical one.
It is insured for the whole journey. Photograph the crate before you sign for it, and tell us the same day if there is damage. Replacement is ours to arrange and ours to pay for.
It is on castors, so across a level floor with two people, yes. It is 370 kg, so between floors it is a lift and a conversation rather than an afternoon. The electrical connection is hardwired, so a new room needs the electrician again.
About 50 dB running, from thirty cooling fans. That is roughly a fridge. It is a treatment room rather than a library, so plan for it.
If a supplier claims a bed this size runs under 30 dB, ask how they measured it. 6,000 W of heat has to leave the machine somehow.
